URBAN FLOWERS
by casaelle
Small ephemeral collections of dried flowers from my garden
One day, wild poppies settled in my city garden, and since then, they’ve been doing as they please, much to the delight of the bees (and mine as well)… Muscaris have multiplied, lunaria and nigella have reseeded here and there, according to their whims.
Fascinated for as long as I can remember by the sophisticated beauty of flowers at every stage of their brief life,
I used to simply scatter a few to reseed them the following spring. But one day, I wanted to give them a second life. These delicate little capsules, containing an incredible number of seeds, perpetuate the species and make our gardens bloom again each new season. And if they all seem the same to you, come closer and observe,
each one has its own unique feature.
All these fragile little beauties are guaranteed to be free from pesticides, artificial dyes, stabilizers, and are not bleached.
I invite you to discover my bouquets of chance, perhaps you’ll want to make a little space for them in your home.
